How to Order Online
All images in our Gallery are available for purchase online via our shopping cart facility. The facility allows you to choose images and add them to you shopping cart. You can remove items from your cart at any stage before your final details are gathered at the checkout for processing. This online facility utilizes a secure payment gateway - PayPal for all transactions.
What is PayPal?
Enigma Visions manage all financial transactions processed within our shopping facility using PayPal. PayPal is a global leader in online payments providing a secure platform to send and receive money online. There are no additional charges to our customers for using the PayPal system - Enigma Visions, as a Seller, is subject to transaction fees. Some clients prefer to browse our Galleries and then contact us direct via phone, email or post to place an order. We are happy to organize orders offline. Please contact us.

Enigma Visions accepts payments online via PayPal.
Alternatively for offline ordering, Enigma Visions accepts all major credit cards, Australian cheques, Direct Deposit and Electronic Funds Transfers. Please contact us for further details.
Prices and GST
All products within the site are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD). PayPal calculates for different currencies however for alternative information on current exchange rates we recommend www.xe.com
All prices are exclusive of GST and GST is added to Australian purchases only
Postage and Handling
All Products can be sent worldwide - we are happy to arrange a quote for you prior to purchase.
Delivery Times
Please allow up to 2 weeks for print only orders, up to 3-4 weeks for framing orders, and overseas delivery times will vary depending on type of postage chosen. More accurate details can be supplied on specific orders - please ask.
Urgent Deliveries
If your order is urgent in nature please contact us to confirm our ability to meet your required timeframe - we are always happy to assist however cannot guarantee faster delivery without checking all relevant details of order and delivery location. Higher postage rates may apply.
Custom Orders
For custom orders please contact us or view our custom orders page as we are happy to arrange orders to your specific size requirements, images on canvas, framing, commissioned work etc
Image Quality
All images are printed on archival paper to ensure the maximum longevity of each print and unless otherwise requested, all images are supplied with a matte finish.
Returns
Returns will be accepted if we are contacted within 7 Days of receipt of goods. Goods can not be returned if damaged. Postage and Handling charges will not be refunded and it is the customers' responsibility to cover cost of return postage.
Custom Orders have a strict no returns policy.
Order Confirmation
We will confirm receipt of all orders via email and give a more accurate delivery time based on products required.
