Terms and Conditions:
- A deposit of $100 must be paid to secure your date. This deposit is subtracted from your total package price (i.e. it is not a separate fee) and is refundable if 6 months notice of cancellation is provided.
- Packages must be paid in full on or before the wedding date unless utilising the payment structure for digital packages. In the instance that payment is not received by the due date, late fees will apply.
- While every effort is made to ensure special requests for locations etc are fulfilled, Enigma Visions can not be held liable where environmental factors (e.g. weather / time) inhibit opportunities for these special requests on the day.
- For quality control measures, and to protect our reputation, all negatives are retained by Enigma Visions.
