Wedding Day

Our standard packages have been created as guidelines to assist you in making decisions regarding your wedding photography.

Your photographer will be with you for between 4-6 hours depending on such aspects as package chosen, number in bridal party, and number of location changes.

This incorporates coverage from the bride's preparation location to the first half hour of the reception for the purpose of a cake shot.

EXAMPLE - The following is an estimated outline of time allocations for a bridal party of 6 to 8, garden ceremony and 1 to 2 location changes:

Photographer arrives at preparation location 1 to 1.5 hours prior to the expected bride departure time to photograph accessories, bride and bridesmaids

Photographer leaves at least 20mins earlier than Bride to complete the boys individuals prior to the service

Ceremony/Service coverage approx 30 minutes

Group and Family coverage approx 30 minutes

Bridal party and photographer leave to complete the location shots allowing at least 1.5 hours

APPROX TIME ALLOCATION = 4.5 to 5 hours

Allowing sufficient time to complete your photographic requirements on the day is an important part of your planning process. Other aspects, such as longer services, larger bridal parties, distances between preparation, service and photo locations and sunset times must also be considered when booking your service and reception.

No two weddings are the same and we are happy to discuss your plans to provide photographic options. The above guideline just provides something to think about. You don't want to be sticking to a strict timeline on the day but adequate planning will ensure that your location shots can be less rushed and more fun.
