This was a mini session to celebrate Rome turning 1 to match a session we did for his big sister Vienna. I love how a portrait freezes moments in time and captures our little ones at different stages. This beautiful family are from Brisbane and were gifted a voucher for their first baby shower from another client. I have now captured them several times for a maternity, 2 newborns, family, Christmas mini and this family session and I love watching their family grow. Their sessions have ranged from Brisbane Botanical Gardens, Currumbin Valley, Studio and this one was at Pizzey Park and South Miami Beach on the Gold Coast. Morning light can be a challenge but finding an area where I can connect in even light before heading out to open spaces like the beach can be the solution for working around availability or the routine of kids.

I am honoured when clients return year after year and recommend their extended family or social circle. My job becomes capturing a life journey.. a set of images to look back on that are the essence of their family in super awesome locations! Selena x
