Hello, Its website update time to finish off sections we have not done yet and there are so many sessions to blog like Tara and Tom’s gorgeous family. They would already be so much bigger. This was a morning session so we had to find some shade. If your availability or time preferences for your kids mean that we aren’t shooting in the much loved golden hour that is perfectly ok. This beautiful family are from Brisbane and were gifted a voucher for their first baby shower from another client. I have now captured them several times for a maternity, 2 newborns, family, Christmas mini and this family session and I love watching their family grow. Their sessions have ranged from Brisbane Botanical Gardens, Currumbin Valley, Studio and this one was at Pizzey Park and South Miami Beach on the Gold Coast. Morning light can be a challenge but finding an area where I can connect in even light before heading out to open spaces like the beach can be the solution for working around availability or the routine of kids.

I am honoured when clients return year after year and recommend their extended family or social circle. My job becomes capturing a life journey.. a set of images to look back on that are the essence of their family in super awesome locations! Selena x
